Role OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at Merakey, you'll provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. You'll travel to group homes, conduct clinical assessments, and teach staff on residents' care plans and medical needs.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include delivering medications, updating MAR and Treatment logs, conducting nursing assessments, and reporting findings to the nursing supervisor.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
- At least one year of experience as an LPN
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
- Possession of a current and valid PA driver's license, along with reliable transportation
