Role OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at Merakey, you'll provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Your responsibilities will include working at our program location on Wissahickon Ave in Philadelphia each morning and then traveling to our office in Warminster a few times per week to support our group homes in Phila, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties.
What You Will Do
Conduct clinical assessments, monitoring acuity, teach staff on residents' care plan and medical needs, deliver medications to group homes, update MAR and Treatment logs.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and have at least one year of experience as an LPN.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
- Preferably, at least one year of experience as an LPN
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
- Possession of a current and valid PA driver's license, along with reliable transportation
- Physical capability to comfortably exert up to 50lbs occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs continuously
