Role OverviewThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, assessing patient needs, assisting in care planning, and implementing various aspects of patient treatment.
What You Will Do
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history, assist patients with daily activities, administer prescribed medications and injections under supervision, and communicate with patients and families to provide care instructions and emotional support.
