Role OverviewThe Licensed Practical Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families under the direction of the registered nurse. The position will perform duties within the scope of practice, ensuring consistency with LCMH policies and procedures, standards of care, approved protocols and provider orders.
What You Will Do
Performs assessments and reassessments of patients, documents accurately, possesses competency in use of technology and computers, and demonstrates competency in the use of smart pumps and medication administration.

Requirements
- Graduate of School of Nursing
- Current Louisiana Practical Nurse license or compact state license as Licensed Practical Nurse
- BLS-CPR certified
