Role OverviewJoin our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at our CCSU Facility in Windsor, VA. We provide quality recovery-oriented care in Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and Substance Abuse Services.
What You Will Do
Implement and maintain Individual Service Plans, conduct ongoing physical and mental health assessments, and administer prescribed medications as needed.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited License Practical Nurse Program
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in Virginia or from a Nurse Licensure Compact State
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a mental health program and/or residential setting
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
