Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Avamere Riverpark, you will provide quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will work as part of a team to coordinate services, programs, and activities to ensure resident care plans are maintained. You will also provide leadership to nursing personnel and develop and maintain rapport with staff and residents.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Oregon
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
