Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care at healthcare facilities across assigned locations. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a Long Term Facility setting
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living, or acute care settings
- EPIC experience required
