Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services to patients in the Athens area. The LPN will work in a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and ongoing development.

Administer skilled nursing services to patients, teach patients and their families, and perform services in accordance with physician's orders and the established plan of care.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
