Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help support the continuous enrichment and development of individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult residential facilities in New Castle, IN. The LPN will work in a low-stress, relaxed environment with a high-morale, family-like team.
What You Will Do
Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health. Conduct routine site visits, check vitals, do assessments, counsel medication administration, and document progress.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required. 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred. Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies.
