What You Will Do
Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team, administer medications and treatments accurately, assess and monitor resident health, delegate daily assignments, mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members, collaborate on individualized care plans, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
- Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
- Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred
