What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations, administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, and coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
