Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
- Previous experience in psychiatric, or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
