Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Avamere Rehab of Rogue Valley. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our residents and work collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure their total regimen of care is maintained.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Oregon
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
  • Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems experience
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in English fluently
