Job Description
Greenleaf is offering a $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus for Full Time LPNs. LPNs provide nursing care for patients with common health problems, working under the supervision of a registered nurse and adhering to facility policies and external regulations.

Requirements

  • Current State of Georgia licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current certification in American Heart Association CPR
  • Current certification in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
  • Ability to speak English and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge of psychiatric nursing as required by entry level practices
  • Age and Disability specific competencies demonstrated by successful completion of facility testing
