Role OverviewFolkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a LPN to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will work in conjunction with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans. The LPN will assist in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attend to the daily operations of the unit, and assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements
