Job Description
Lantern Park Specialty Care, a 90-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive care to residents. The LPN will conduct ongoing assessments, deliver direct nursing care, and oversee the care of residents. The LPN will also serve as a clinical leader on the unit, supervising and mentoring staff, and promoting a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
  • Current, valid CPR Certification
  • Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course
  • Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
  • A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
