Job Description
PruittHealth @ Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic skilled nursing care to home health patients in Cobb County, Georgia. The LPN will work under RN supervision and will be responsible for providing patient care, documenting progress, and communicating with the patient care team.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved LPN program
  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Liability insurance to complete home visits
  • Current CPR certification
