Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical monitoring and support for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. The LPN will work on a dynamic team helping people living with dementia achieve essential human needs of purpose, belonging, and joy.

Requirements

  • Must possess current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) designation as granted by State Board of Nursing.
  • Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
