Job Description
Liberty Resources’ Integrated Health Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse to support growth and expansion. The LPN will assist Behavioral Health Psychiatric Prescribers in providing care and provide a range of nursing and medical support services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current licensure in NYS
  • One year of clinical experience as an LPN, with experience working with mental health population preferred
  • Must have eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively use an electronic medical record for all documentation
  • Must have a valid New York State driver’s license and access to reliable transportation when required
