What You Will Do
As a Nurse Supervisor/LPN, you will be responsible for evaluating residents, reporting changes in condition to physicians, and utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR). You will also communicate effectively with the team, residents, and families, and build strong relationships.
