Role OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about their life stories and promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being. This role is a full-time position working nights, 6p-6a, with every other weekend.

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
