Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and energetic LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to a wonderful young woman with Down Syndrome and Type 1 Diabetes in a community-based day program.
What You Will Do
Provide nursing care throughout program hours, partner with the Site Manager, support participation in activities, and provide transportation support.

Requirements
- Current, active Connecticut LPN license required
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
- Valid driver's license required
