Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lineage Health Care Consulting in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to our residents, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain a positive and calm environment.
What You Will Do
Execute the day-to-day functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), meet with assigned staff to plan services, and make written and oral reports as required. Administer medications and perform routine charting duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to make independent decisions and be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures. Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Current CPR Certification required
