Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Beach House in Naples, FL. The LPN will serve as the supervisor in charge for their shift, coordinating resident care and designating tasks to Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) and Medication Technicians (MTs).
What You Will Do
The LPN will plan and delegate work assignments, participate in and supervise the delivery of personal care to residents, and implement service plans. They will also act as team leader for their shift, coach and counsel RCAs/MTs, and maintain professional demeanor when interacting with residents and families.

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Must be a licensed nurse in state where you work
- Minimum of two years nursing experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
- Lifting, bending, and pushing medication cart about residence is required
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
