Role OverviewThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating resident care in alignment with physician orders, individualized service plans, and regulatory standards. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities with leadership functions.
What You Will Do
Provide services in accordance with nurse practice act and state/federal nursing center regulations, work with the Director of Nursing to provide direction and oversight to the care staff, and review and revise assessments and care plans.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications
