What You Will Do
Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, follow and implement individualized care plans, perform medication administration and prescribed treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of NJ
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required
- Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
