What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include preparing and administering medications, conducting health monitoring and change-of-condition reporting, maintaining accurate clinical entries, and supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin (or multi-state NLC equivalent)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification required upon hire
- Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment, time management, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Basic computer proficiency with previous EMR platform experience (e.g., PointClickCare) preferred
