Role OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at STAT Home Health, you will provide nursing and supportive care to patients in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN. You will communicate with attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources.
What You Will Do
Your essential duties will include providing nursing and supportive care, documenting all services provided, and demonstrating knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.

Requirements
- Current Louisiana LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Home Health experience preferred
- Dependable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance
