What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care to residents, monitor resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements
- Current New York State LPN License
- Prior LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills; compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to recognize and respond to changes in condition
- Team-focused mindset with a commitment to collaboration and quality care
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
