What You Will Do
You'll assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans. You'll also provide direction, guidance, and supervision to CNAs and other care team members.

Requirements
- Active Oregon LPN License
- Availability to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month
- Clinical Skills: Ability to assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans
- Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to CNAs and other care team members
