Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with other professional disciplines, and supporting the organization's mission and values.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
Current Arkansas licensure as a licensed practical nurse
Individualized orientation period of no less than 2 weeks and generally no greater than 3 months
Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care
Knowledge of licensed practical nursing skills to create an environment conducive to the healing process of the patient
