Role OverviewThe Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) provides nursing care and teaching to clients and families, functioning as an Assistant to the physician and Registered Professional Nurse, and is supervised by the RN.
What You Will Do
Participate in planning and coordination of total client care, follow nursing care plans, observe and evaluate client care, and accurately report and record client condition.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved program of practical/vocational Nursing
- Licensed as a licensed graduate Practical Nurse in the state where practicing
- One (1) year of experience as a nurse
