Requirements

  • Active nurse license in the state of Connecticut or compact license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Minimum 6 months LPN Pediatric experience
  • LPN Home Health experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
