Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- 1 year of Agency Operations Experience
- 1 year of Scheduling
