Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing services to clients in substance abuse programs.

Requirements

Administer medications as prescribed.
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in the facilities.
Identify changes in clients' conditions and take appropriate action.
Plan and provide direct care that maximizes functional capacities.
Complete documentation in accordance with regulations and facility practices.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
