Job Description
LSSI is hiring an LPN to provide direct nursing services to clients and be a key member of a team in substance abuse programs.
Requirements
Administer medications as prescribed.
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in the facilities.
Identify changes in clients' conditions and take appropriate action.
Plan and provide direct care that maximizes functional capacities.
Complete documentation in accordance with regulations and facility practices.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity.
