Job Description
St. Ann’s Community is looking for a driven Licensed Practical Nurse for the St. Ann’s Care Center. The nurse will provide high quality and individualized patient care in collaboration with the Nursing Team.

Requirements

  • Valid NYSED LPN Certification - Required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Elders - Preferred
  • Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (BLS)
