Role Overview

As a School Counselor at Rivermont School, you will support students' emotional wellness, behavioral growth, and academic success. You will partner with educators, families, and clinical teams to create a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.

Provide individual and group therapy services, oversee PBIS planning, facilitate meetings, and provide guidance to classroom staff on behavior support strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or family development
  • Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license or eligibility for licensure
  • Active Mandt certification
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral health, and therapeutic interventions
  • Clinical experience supporting children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings
