Job Description
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers and will be responsible for answering incoming communications, conducting research, and upselling products or services.

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 25 mbps)
  • Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
