Role OverviewAs a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you'll be part of bringing humanity to business, working onsite in Charlotte, NC. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with a smile.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide answers, and some upselling of products or services to existing customers.

Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
