Role OverviewJoin Windermere Summit, a real estate firm built exclusively as a new broker training environment, where you'll train inside a cohort-based system led by Shelly Bean. You'll be a full licensee from day one, able to earn commission while learning and being mentored.
What You Will Do
Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor, follow internal protocols, provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers, remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices, and dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program.

Requirements
- Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
- Must be going into real estate as a full-time agent
- 15+ hours weekly training commitment
