Role OverviewAs a Licensed Sales Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, including general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross-selling various ancillary products. You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm/hot leads, have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers, and effectively create customer needs by conducting various probing techniques.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, having interactive conversations with customers, creating customer needs, accurately describing benefits and features for all available product lines, following documented processes and guidelines, documenting systems properly, and achieving all sales and call center goals.

Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid insurance license with health component
- Current continuing education requirements for license
- Knowledge of successful selling techniques

- Experience in a call center
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- PC literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products (a plus)
