Job Description
As a Licensed Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer, solving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for identifying customers' needs, providing solutions and/or alternatives, and building relationships with sales customers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
