Role OverviewThe Licensed Security Supervisor will oversee security operations and procedures, provide positive direction and motivate performance, and maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances. This role requires strong customer service and results orientation, as well as the ability to adapt to various sites and changes in post procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Clear a criminal background check
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- State Guard License
- CPR and First Aid Certification (a plus)
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, and access computer system
- One year of supervisory experience in the Security Industry
