Job Description
We are hiring for a Licensed Social Worker to join our Community Support Network team at Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a current license as a social worker (LSW or LISW) and experience in providing psychosocial interventions and individualized service planning. The position involves daily travel to clients' residences and may require occasional evening hours.

Requirements

  • Current license as a social worker (LSW or LISW) as issued by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in providing psychosocial interventions and individualized service planning
