Job Description
Central Ohio Behavioral Health is hiring a Licensed Social Worker to join their Community Support Network team. The successful candidate will work with clients in IDDT/ACT model of care, provide psychosocial interventions, and assist with securing benefits and community resources. Daily travel is required to visit clients in their residences.

Requirements

  • Current license as social worker (LSW or LISW) as issued by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with clients in IDDT/ACT model of care
