Job Description
We are hiring for a Licensed Social Worker to join our Community Support Network team. The successful candidate will provide assistance to the treatment team clients in the IDDT/ACT model of care, including group treatment, individual counseling, and SAMI assessment & treatment planning. Daily travel to Franklin County communities is required.

Requirements

  • LSW or LISW license from the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
