Requirements
- Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey (LCSW preferred)
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Minimum of 1 year of social work experience (homecare or healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort with technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
