Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under your care. You will work in a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. The position requires an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW, a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, and the ability to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.

Requirements

  • Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • 21 years of age or older
  • pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
  • pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
  • Rop eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License
