Job Description
As a Transaction Coordinator, your number one priority is to deliver service that provides agents with two primary benefits: time and peace of mind. You'll take ownership of every possible task appropriate for a coordinator, and anticipate their needs by staying a step ahead so they can do what they do best, help clients win! Requirements
A real estate license is required
One year of real estate contract experience is preferred
One year of customer service experience is required
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Proficient in basic technologies and the aptitude to learn new technologies
Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties
Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of accountability for the agent and client experience
